Union Omaha is excited to announce defending League One champion North Texas SC as the opponent for the (still) first-ever USL League One home game in its inaugural season on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 7 p.m. at Werner Park, presented by Bellevue University. The opponent for the first away game is USL League One New England Revolution II, which will be hosted at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts on July 25 at 3 p.m.
“August 1st is going to be a special night at Werner Park. We look forward to rewarding our fans’ support and patience with the first home game in our history,” said Union Omaha Chief Operating Officer, Matt Homonoff.
Single-game tickets for August 1, will be available beginning Saturday, July 18 online at tickets.https://sportsengine-staging.go-vip.net/unionomaha or by calling the Werner Park Ticket Office between 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 402.738.5100.
“We have worked diligently during this pandemic to prepare for our inaugural season,” said Union Omaha President Martie J.
