Oakland Roots SC have added Matias Fissore to the squad as the team prepares for the 2021 USL Championship Season.
“Matias is an exciting midfielder with a lot of quality and energy on both sides of the ball, especially in transitions,” said Roots Technical Director Jordan Ferrell. “He comes with a load of experience in the South American game, which will be a welcome addition in our already diverse midfield unit.
Fissore most recently featured for San Martin Tucuman in Argentina. Prior to that Fissore featured for 5 seasons for San Martin SJ after 5 seasons with Athletico de Rafael, amassing more than 150 appearances in Argentine professional soccer.
