Laney gameday number two is here as we host Tampa Bay Rowdies Saturday, April 2nd at 7:00 PM PT. Please take the time to read all the Stadium FAQ’s and Stadium Map to ensure we all have the best possible time and atmosphere at Laney this weekend. We highly encourage everyone to arrive early as we will be offering a happy hour at all stadium bars from 5:30-6:30 PM where drinks will be 15% off.

Parking on site will be limited, as the Laney College Student Parking lot is unavailable for parking. We encourage you to take public transportation or RideShare to Laney College. RideShare dropoff and pick up will be available on E 10th Street and 2nd Avenue.
Oakland Roots Latest: Oakland Roots are set to face Tampa Bay Rowdies, coming off a dramatic 90th minute equalizer midweek from Tarek Morad in New Mexico. This will be the second time the two sides face off with the first meeting coming last September in Tampa as the Florida side beat Oakland Roots comfortably 3-0.
About Tampa Bay: Tampa Bay is currently 2nd in the East with two wins and two draws. Their most recent result was a 1-1 draw vs Hartford Athletic this past Saturday as the team was able to rest with no midweek games. Sebastian Dalgaard currently leads the team with two goals from their first four games. The Rowdies are coached by Niel Collins who made 61 appearances for the club before taking over as head coach in 2018.
